We’re excited to get Vino Logs into your hands—and your home! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our eco-friendly firelogs to you.

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship Vino Logs anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. If you’re outside these areas and would like to get your hands on our products, please drop us a line at hello@vinoprod.com —we’ll do our best to make it happen!

2. Shipping Costs
We like to keep things simple. Here’s how shipping works:

Standard Shipping:We offer a flat shipping rate of €7 within ROI, for all orders of 5 boxes or less.

Free Shipping: Orders over €100 qualify for free standard shipping!
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you’ll see the final total before completing your order.

3. Delivery Times
We know you can’t wait to get cozy with your Vino Logs! Here’s what to expect:

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
Please note that during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances (like weather delays), delivery might take a little longer. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way!

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Delivery Issues

6. Sustainable Packaging
We’re committed to sustainability, so all our packaging is recyclable. Please join us in reducing waste by recycling your Vino Logs packaging after your firelogs arrive.

We want you to love your Vino Logs as much as we do, so if something’s not right, we’re here to help! Check out our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns
You have 30 days to return your item if it’s unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please provide your order confirmation or receipt.

However, we understand that sometimes you might want to try out the product. If more than 25% of the logs have been used (for example, if you've used more than a quarter of the box, i.e. 4 logs), we won’t be able to accept the return, unless the remaining logs are faulty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom orders
• Sale items, unless they’re faulty.

2. How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@vinoprod.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are on you unless the product is faulty or damaged.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was faulty.

4. Exchanges
If your item is damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll send you a free replacement!
